Watercolour, 25 minutes.
This is by no means very good, but it’s a big step for me because it’s the first time I tried using watercolours more loosely than I usually do (probably more like how watercolours are intended). Namely I wet the paper first, and then tried to define those sharper definitions between light and shade (her face, shoulders and knees)… and lifewise the softer edges where there is less contrast.
Technically speaking it’s riddled with mistakes, such as where it got too wet, but I don’t care. It makes me happy!

25 minute pose; back to my usual technique for this one. I like her toes.
